Description Highlanders Rainbow Congee is a delicious congee made from a blend of brown rice, wholegrain and vegetables.  It is easy to cook and suitable for all ages including the young and the old. Ingredients : Red brown rice, pearl barley, mushroom, seasoning, mushrooms, seaweed, chinese yam, rosemary. Preparation Method : Step 1 Add in fresh ingredients, 350ml water and 1 packet of Rainbow Congee into the rice cooker and cook for 20 minutes or until the rice grains are fully cooked. Stir occasionally. Step 2 After the congee is cooked, keep warm in the rice cooker for 5 minutes before serving.
